Capt. Randeep Bhalla is the General Manager at Tomini Shipping’s Mumbai office , bringing over three decades of maritime experience, including 18 distinguished years as a Master Mariner. A third-generation seafarer, Capt. Bhalla’s lifelong connection to the sea has shaped a career defined by integrity, operational excellence, and a deep commitment to mentorship and teamwork.

He joined Tomini Shipping in October 2016 as a Master Mariner, sailing with the company before transitioning ashore in November 2021 to take on the role of Fleet Superintendent. His ability to lead from experience and inspire those around him led to successive leadership roles, culminating in his current position as General Manager.

Known for his hands-on approach and calm demeanor, Capt. Bhalla is passionate about nurturing the next generation of maritime professionals. He proudly sees this legacy continue at home, with both of his sons also making their mark in the same industry.
