Capt. Manoj Tyagi brings a wealth of expertise to his role as Marine Manager at Tomini. With a 25-year career at sea, including a remarkable 12-year tenure as a vessel Master, his passion for maritime operations is unrivaled. His 9 years of ashore experience have further honed his skills in managing marine operations and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Capt. Manoj Tyagi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nautical Science and an MBA specializing in Asset Management, Corporate Law, Financial Risk Management, Logistics Supply Chain Management, Office Management, and Finance Training Certificate along with post-graduate Diploma in Ship Management from World Maritime University – Sweden. Manoj possesses a diverse skill set that enables him to make astute decisions while overseeing complex marine operations.

Marium Ullah was appointed to the role of Executive Chair of the Tomini CSR Committee in 2021. A strong advocate for human rights, education and environment, Marium has been engaging in the various CSR projects and fundraising charity initiatives for over a decade both in the UK and UAE. 

Earlier in her career, Marium spent 2 years working for a faith based international development charity focusing on a wide range of social programmes spanning human rights, community development, education and relieving poverty.

It’s been Marium’s long-standing aspiration to build her own CSR-focused platform through which she can address social concerns and make a practical impact. Over the last 2 years, Marium has formed the Group’s first CSR Committee and designed a corporate CSR framework that supports a number of charitable causes as well as Group-wide initiatives with a focus on education, poverty and environment. Under her expert leadership, the Group has formed strong relationships with international charities donating over USD3 MIllion towards various organisations and causes to date, and continues to make a positive impact on the local community through various environment-focused initiatives.

Originally from the United Kingdom, Marium is presently based with her family in Dubai. She holds a BSc in International Management (China) and has undertaken various courses in Global Development and Gender which widened her understanding of the political, economic and socio-cultural transformation in the Global South.

Marium has a keen interest in creativity and designer arts. She runs a small handmade embroidery and sewing business called Needle Town, dedicated to handmade accessories inspired by Pakistani culture.

Olga is a senior HR professional with over 13 years of experience managing HR at a strategic and operational level. She has successfully contributed to the success of organizations in the Construction, Professional Services, Hospitality, Manufacturing and Energy sectors.

As Tomini’s Group HR & Communications Manager, Olga leads the Group’s global approach to human resources, with a focus on cultivating talent, building inclusive culture and driving change. 

Olga and her team of dynamic HR professionals are dedicated to optimizing the talents, skills and expertise of the diverse Tomini workforce, supporting the colleagues to embrace the challenges and unlock their full potential.

Olga holds a Bachelor of Economics and is CIPD accredited. She is an avid reader with a keen interest in human and behavioral psychology. She is based in Dubai with her family.
